Children: Marcus, Timothy, Melissa. Two granddaughters, Ava Grace and Emma Claire . One son works for a large More…international distribution company in Houston, one works for Magnolia ISD as a teacher, and our daughter is the Substance Abuse Coordinator for Fort Bend ISD and lives in Richmond.

Graduated from SFA and SMU Graduate School of Banking. Moved to Houston in 1967 after getting married. Worked for Texas Commerce Bank for 7 years then went to work for what today is Wells Fargo Bank. I was a Senior Vice President overseeing all of the branches in Fort Bend County and surrounding area. I retired in July of 2012 as Senior Vice President in charge of Governmental Relations for Wells. I was the Mayor of Missouri City from 1994 and until 2018 after serving as Mayor Pro-tem for 8 years prior to 1994. Have 3 grown children and 2 granddaughters.

Retired from Wells Fargo on July 1, 2012. Graduated from FBI Academy in 2014 , the DEA Academy in 2016 and the ATF Academy in 2017.Lifetime Vice President and Board Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, current Board Member & Treasurer of the Gulf Coast Rail District, President of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association.

Just made me take a look at the In Memory site and hate to see so many of our classmates who have passed away over the years. Makes us all feel fortunate that we are still around.

Johnny and I shared the same birthday date even though I always kidded him that he would always be older than me since he was born a year before me. He loved coming to the reunions and dancing. Rest in peace my old friend.
