Children: Marcus, Timothy, Melissa. Two granddaughters, Ava Grace and Emma Claire . One son works for a large More…international distribution company in Houston, one works for Magnolia ISD as a teacher, and our daughter is the Substance Abuse Coordinator for Fort Bend ISD and lives in Richmond.

Graduated from SFA and SMU Graduate School of Banking. Moved to Houston in 1967 after getting married. Worked for Texas Commerce Bank for 7 years then went to work for what today is Wells Fargo Bank. I was a Senior Vice President overseeing all of the branches in Fort Bend County and surrounding area. I retired in July of 2012 as Senior Vice President in charge of Governmental Relations for Wells. I was the Mayor of Missouri City from 1994 and until 2018 after serving as P&Z Commissioner for 5 years, then Mayor Pro-tem for 8 years prior to 1994. Have 3 grown children and 2 granddaughters.

Retired from Wells Fargo on July 1, 2012. Graduated from FBI Academy in 2014 ,the DEA Academy in 2016 and the ATF Academy in 2017.Lifetime Vice President and Board Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, current Board Member & Treasurer of the Gulf Coast Rail District, Past President of the FBI Citizens Academy Alumni Association., Board of Directors of Fort Bend Subsidence District

I want to wish all my classmates and their families a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. Our numbers are becoming smaller each year, so it is important that we stay in touch with and think about those of us that are fortunate to still be around to do so. From Alvin and me.
